Cram.com is a web tool very similar to Study Blue but I prefer this sight because it is more organized. Like Study Blue, Cram.com makes flashcards and lets you browse other sets of cards for free. But unlike Study Blue, this is works especially well on the computer. It is easier for the teacher to make card sets for his or her classroom on the desktop. Also, the cards on Cram.com are rated. This make sit easier to sift through decks that are not well made. There are versions available for iPhone, tablets, and androids. Here is the link for the Apple version Itunes and for Google Play .
