Creativity can mean different, diverse, fun, and so on. Creativity makes the classroom feel alive and fresh. We get so caught up trying to follow protocol that the classroom and learning routine is dull. It feels expired.

So what can we do? 

As a teacher, don't ever be afraid to keep trying new things. In this case, the classroom is your oyster. Some things may hit and miss but you learn from mistakes and take from accomplishments. Pinterest is a great place to get ideas for lessons. The Creativity Workshop is a website that keeps up on workshop classrooms for teachers. Getting creative is fun for the teacher too!
